Suddenly, he heard a loud thud coming from the other side of the door. He looked up just in time to see his secretary's face contorted in pain as she fell to the ground with a loud thud. He rushed over to her side and found that she had slipped on some spilled coffee and hit her head on the corner of his desk. He quickly called for help and tried to stop the bleeding while waiting for an ambulance to arrive.
